Paper Submission

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a full paper for review before July 30, 2025, in PDF or Word format. Each paper should be written in English. Your paper must be formatted according to the IEEE paper template files (Word, LaTeX). Regular papers are allowed to 5 pages, extra pages will incur additional charges. Please submit your papers by using the online submission system

Submission Statement:
1. Plagiarism is strongly prohibited and papers that have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will not be considered.

2. The paper must print clearly and legibly, including all the figures, tables, equations in a standard way.

3. Submitted papers should be written in the English language, with a minimum length of 4 printed pages, including all the figures, references, and appendices.

4. At least one of the authors of any accepted paper is requested to register and present the paper at the conference.

5. Please download the IEEE Paper Template (Word, LaTeX) and your full paper according to the template before submission.

6. When your full paper get finished, please submit your papers by using the online submission system.

Review Process Statement:
1 . All submissions should be written in English and submit through our Online Submission System. Papers reporting original, unpublished research results and experiences are solicited. Submissions must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere, or they would be rejected instantly.

2. The paper format should follow the Template before submitting. All papers will be subject to a double-blind peer review process and each paper will be reviewed by at least 2-3 reviewers. The review result comes out within 3 weeks and will be sent to the authors by email along with the review comments.

3. The topic of manuscript must be included in the conference's aim and scope. Then, the similarity rate checking will be done. Manuscripts out of topic or plagiarism will be rejected.

4. If necessary revisions (minor or major revisions) are required by the reviewers, then the revised articles should be submitted within 2 weeks and will be sent to review again by the initial reviewer(s). If the revisions are accepted by the initial reviewer(s), then the revised papers will be accepted by our conference. All accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings for publication.
